The doctor sent my family member’s prescription to ScriptHero. Can I help them claim their prescription and pick a pharmacy?

Yes, you can absolutely help your family member get their prescription. You need to know the patient’s birth date and legal name, as well as the unique code texted to them or their caretaker. This text would have been handled at the doctor’s office but you can call us at 866-747-4276 if you didn’t receive your prescription claim text.

The person picking up the prescription at the pharmacy may need to show their ID, depending on the specific pharmacy and their policy. If the person picking up the script has all those things, there should be no problem unless the patient has specified that they’re the only one who can pick up their prescriptions.
