I just found a new pharmacy, and my prescription is cheaper there. How can I transfer it?

All you have to do is call the new pharmacy that you chose in ScriptHero (the phone number is provided along with the coupon card) and ask them to transfer. Be sure to have the current pharmacy information and prescription details handy, they will take that information over the phone. Typically the transfer process is initiated the same day.
