Why haven’t I received a text message?

After sending your prescription to ScriptHero, our staff of licensed pharmacists takes over. During this process, our pharmacy technicians monitor the transfer process and check your prescription for accuracy.

It may take several minutes for these steps to be completed. We’ll text you as soon as we’re done!

If you opted to receive a phone call instead of a text message, please note that it may take 24 hours after your prescription is sent to receive a call.
