My pharmacy doesn’t have anything ready for me? What do I do?

We’ll text you when we have successfully transferred your prescription to your pharmacy. The time it takes your pharmacy to prepare your prescription can vary though.

If your pharmacy says they don’t have your prescription, encourage them to check their fax machine.
